Our payment service provider EventsAIR, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This means, your card data is protected to the highest possible levels, from data entry into our online registration sites, through to payment into the banks. Nothing will be deducted from your card prior to the Forum.

In case of your non arrival or late cancellation the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee. Fees are as follows:

Cancellations received after 25 August 2017 will incur a one night cancellation fee.

In the event of your non arrival at the hotel your card will be charged for each night of your booking.

All prices are per room, per night and include goods and services tax (GST) at 15%.

Privacy

The information supplied via the online registration process will be shared and used by SEWF. The Privacy Act 1993 requires that, before your name and organisation details can be published in the list of delegates either for distribution to fellow delegates or any other party, you must give your consent. Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Emma Redfern (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, please note our policy below:
Before Tuesday 15 August 2017 you will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
From Wednesday 16 August 2017 there will be no refund, except at the discretion of the organising committee.

Refunds will be notified and processed within one month following the Forum.

Accommodation cancellations within 30 days of the Forum are non refundable. Prior to 15 August refunds are subject to individual hotel policies.
