NZ Youth Scholarship Fund

Applications are now closed.

The Social Enterprise World Forum 2017 and its host organisation, Ākina Foundation, are pleased to announce that we have been able to grant 81 young people with tickets and financial assistance for the forum. Recognising cost as a barrier to attendance, this fund was set up to assist and enable participation, capacity building, and increasing the connectivity of a diverse group of young New Zealanders working in or wanting to work in social enterprise. We received an overwhelming volume of applications, and the standard of entry was very high with the passion of young and aspiring social entrepreneurs shining through.

Thanks to the kind support from the Ministry of Youth Development, Wayne Francis Charitable Trust and Youth Enterprise Trust who made this fund possible.
